<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Cushman  Wakefield has a unique opportunity for Marketing Specialists in its Walnut Creek and San Francisco offices.  This position is responsible for the preparation and writing of marketing deliverables.
Day-to-day responsibilities include
Business development - Performs a lead creation and writing role in Marketing deliverables, drafting original content, compiling language, and identifying appropriate text, concepts, and salient points that add value
Controls content in Marketing deliverables from project inception to project delivery research, content development, editing, proofing, and the project management of deadline-driven deliverables
Production and coordination support
Requirements / Skill Sets
Bachelors degree coupled with at least 2 years of business writing experience, with significant experience in the development of business proposals and presentations or other similar corporate marketing/communications experience
At least 1 year of commercial real estate or architectural/design firm experience
Ability to identify and communicate critical messages and key selling propositions
Should be a self starter and possess a strong ability to lead the writing process and multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Graphic Design skills
Excellent project management, organizational, and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment collaborate with sales staff, designers, other writers, as well as work independently as required
Detail oriented with pride in the quality of personal and team work
Ability to effectively execute assignments, meeting stringent deadlines
Ability to contribute strategic concepts for business and project initiatives and successfully execute those concepts
Software packages Microsoft Office Suite  highly proficient Adobe Creative Suite  highly proficient
