<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Located in San Francisco, California, the Medical Record Review Abstractor will: * Perform HEDIS medical record over read on retrospective delivery of care related to chronic disease and preventive care previously abstracted from a clinical team with goal of achieving 100% accuracy related to HEDIS certification audit * Enter aberrant findings into an Access-like database * Discuss results with constructive feedback to clinical team* Perform medical record abstraction, & enter findings into a database* Identify opportunities & track progress* Call provider offices & hospitals to request medical records* Call members to identify date & provider of HEDIS service* Data enter call results in database* Coordinate with collector and manage caseload* Communicate with team members to effectively manage project assignment
