This individual is highly skilled in all aspects of project management services and is expected to be able to lead a project of any size and complexity. The SPM should be capable of serving as the &#39;point person&#39; in any new engagement or join a project management team at an existing account, and should be able to work independently with limited support and oversight from the Regional Director. The ideal candidate should possess the following characteristics and/or have significant experience in the following:Develops project plans including, scoping, design and execution with an emphasis on budget and schedule control and regulatory compliance for occupants of Medical Office Buildings, hospital employee relocations, construction and repairs related to properties managed under the Department of Real Estate and under the direction of the Director of Engineering at California Pacific Medical Center ( CPMC). Essential duties include identifying the needs of the occupants, preparing facilities for new tenants, moving people from their current space and refurbishing the vacated space as needed, activities include:* Write a project summary scope statement * Identify the project team * Develop a project plan * Develop a contingency plan * Prepare a project budget * Conduct space needs assessment * Manage the programming phase * Prepare the programming report * Understand floor area measurement standards * Evaluate space requirements * Conduct a site evaluation * Utilize space planning processes and develop furniture specifications * Interpret construction documents * Establish a process to measure, track and report progress * Understand the basic construction contract process * Describe types of permits needed prior to construction * Manage the construction process* Close-out a construction project * Manage relocation projects * Promote safety on the projects and monitor sub-contractor work as to compliance within comprehensive project safety programQualifications:POSITION REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor&#39;s Degree plus 5 years&#39; of pro
