The Director provides operational leadership to
deliver high quality, cost-effective patient care
on the Adolescent Psychiatric Unit and the
Adolescent Day Treatment Program.  In this role,
the Director collaborates with the Medical
Director to plan, develop, budget and direct the
department and oversees the Nursing practice.  The
Director is responsible for developing and
implementing strategies to meet SMMCs
expectations in growth, patient care and
experience and human resources.
Requires BSN, Masters preferred.  Current CA
Nursing license and 3+ years
supervisory/management experience.
