The NP will ensure the delivery of comprehensive treatment throughout the care continuum (inpatient and outpatient) through a collaborative and consultative multidisciplinary team approach. The Vascular/ Plastic Surgery NP will provide patient and family education and facilitate the appropriate referrals and out-patient follow up. The incumbent will also perform other duties as assigned.Note: This is a full time position (1.0FTE) that divided into two half time (0.5FTE) positions: Vascular and Plastic Surgery.Required Qualifications
