Your ideas are our fuel.Based in San Francisco (Airport), California, yousupervise both exempt and nonexempt employees at a Service Delivery Center to successfully operate and maintain the "system" in accordance with the customer contract requirements and Bombardier policies and procedures.In your role you will:- Manage and direct the work force to build and maintain efficient and effective work teams compliant with customer contract and Bombardier Transportation processes;- Coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of recovery, repair, and preventive maintenance procedures to maintain system operations, including "operating procedures" where applicable. You will revise or direct revision of above procedures when needed;- Direct the planning, development, and use of systems to report, manage and analyze system operations, maintenance, inventory, and spares. Ensure completion of daily availability reports, System Affected Shortages Form and System Recovery Reports, etc. are completed as directed and within required timeframes;- Direct the development and administration of training programs for the enhancement of work team skills. Enforce all Company safety rules and promote positive safety culture. Supervise and enforce site configuration control policies and procedures;- Manage, control and ensure that the Central Control Certifications as well as Driver''s Certifications and any other Certifications are maintained up-to-date.QualificationsAs our ideal candidate:- You hold an Associate''s with related experience or a Bachelor''s degree;- You possess a minimum of five to seven (5 -7) years of experience in transportation industry, field service or maintenance operations;- You possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role;- You have experience working in Occupational Safety:- Your experience working in union environment will be considered as an asset;- Your experience in configuration management systems and problem reporting system will be considered an asset;- Your English communication skills are excellent.Additional Information: The incumbent of this position must be able to rotate shifts (day, evening and night).We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those under consideration will be contacted.
