<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN/SALESPERSON. San Francisco job sites.

REQUIREMENTS 1.  Must be able to handle, distribute, and calibrate pesticides that come in varied
     formulations.  Such as liquid concentrates, granules, dust, wettable powders,
     baits, aerosols, paste, and ready to use liquid pesticides.
2.  The technician has to be able to follow verbal as well as  written instructions, such as
     label usage, memos training and safety instructions, office correspondence etc..
3.  This person must also have the ability to investigate for pest harborages, and infestations,
     at client homes or businesses, which requires that they be on their knees and do a lot of                   bending over.
4.  The technician should be able to lift and carry a varied collection of equipment, hand
     tanks, dusters, actisol machine, etc. up to 50 lbs, as well as doing a lot kneeling and
     squatting.
5.  Must be responsible and able to be to work on time and attend on a regular basis,
     working an average of 40 hours per week and be professional in appearance and have reliable         transportation.
6.  Must be able to wear and work with a respirator on.
7.  Must have neat and legible penmanship and the ability to spell.
8. Must be able to pass a security clearance for various State and Local Agencies, as well as a             pre-employment physical and drug screen.
9. Must have good communication skills, conduct and be able to deal with the customers.

10. DRIVERS LICENSE
Must have  a valid drivers license, with no DUI on the last 10 years.

The wage scale will be as follows
$11.00 for the first 30 days  $12.00 per hour for the next 60 days or until the applicators               exam is passed.

Field Training consists of constantly working with a supervisor, plus office training with              various technicians and supervisors.
<br> <br>
The #3rd month, if progressing then $13.00 per hour. With the State of California Branch II         license, salary goes to $15.00 per hour, and will be evaluated every six months thereafter.             Most employees earn between $16.00 and $18.00 per hour.
   <br> <br>
We also offer a shared cost Kaiser Health Plan for employees, a Dental Plan paid for by the employee and we offer a 401K profit sharing plan.

Chemical Formulations.
Characteristics of Chemicals.
Knowledge of Chemical Toxicity.
Identification of Common Pests.
Knowledge of Company Procedures.
Preparation Before Treatment
Rules and Regulations As Related To The Pest Control Industry.
Vehicle Care.
Equipment Care.
Cancellation Prevention.
Collecting Money.
Sales and Leads.
Solving Complaints.
Allowance Reduction.
Properly Performing Initial Services.
Route Organization.
Daily Reports.
Conduct and Contact with Customers.
Driving Courtesy.
Employee Relations.
