We are a collaborative, entrepreneurial company that takes pride in our people, culture, clients and work-life balance.ResponsibilitiesThe Principal Account Management role is highly visible and focuses on expanding and selling work.* Successfully managing multiple and/or complex consulting projects at one or more clients* Developing partnership relationships with the client’s executive level personnel* Managing growth through existing account work and develop newly sourced work* Coaching account/team members on best practices in generating leads, tracking opportunities and leveraging BDM services* Managing account timeline, budget and other critical administration responsibilities* Developing professional network through association memberships, speaking and writing engagements and community activitiesQualifications* 12 + years of management consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Big 4 consulting experience Experience in supporting business expansion opportunities within existing accounts and bringing on new business opportunities* Proposal development experience including the ability to effectively sell business solutions to clients* Running projects and managing teams; and delivery experience driving business requirements, identifying gaps and omissions, and designing solutions* Success in driving and managing significant account growth for key client* Knowledge of current healthcare issues including meaningful use, accountable care, revenue cycle, complex project management, ICD 9/10 as well as general industry knowledge* Leveraging healthcare industry knowledge to advise clients on current service offerings* Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited college/universityPreferred Skills* Ability to craft solutions for clients in a consultative setting* Master''s degree and/or professional certifications are advantageous* Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements; including a role in managing and interfacing with senior level client executives.* Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company; can build consensus and achieve goals through influence.* Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives and the community at large.* Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems.Health care is a collaborative cross-office and cross-functional service area capturing and enhancing intellectual capital in delivering our performance improvement expertise to the health services industry.North Highland is a global management and technology consulting firm that has changed the model of how a consultancy serves its clients.
