<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Title: Project Control Technician - West Bay AreaLocation: California-San Francisco-San FranciscoOther Locations:The Project Controls Technician (PCT) provides support to the Project Management Delivery team. The PCT is responsible for accurately entering all data pertaining to the project in to the Project Management System (Projecto); including: budgets, contracts, invoices, and schedules. The PCT is also responsible for accurate reporting to the Project Delivery Team. This position will assist the Project Manager in the management and coordination of work including the monitoring of project budgets and deliverables, meeting contractual requirements and building/maintaining strong professional relationships with the affiliate client and vendors. Potential for Project Management related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.* * Education:* Position requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent. College courses in Accounting and/or Construction Management preferred.* Experience: 1 to 3 years of prior progressive experience working in a dynamic team environment. Accounting and construction experience preferred.  Experience with MS Excel and MS Project required. Experience with Lawson, Projecto or FileMaker is preferred.* Knowledge:Some knowledge of basic accounting concepts, project accounting, coordination and budgeting is required. General knowledge of the process of project planning, design and construction is preferred. * Special Skills/Equipment:Incumbent must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills including demonstrated skills in account reconciliations, ability to perform 10-key by touch, and proficiency in PC based office software such as MS Excel and MS Word. Must have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Individual must demonstrate excellent oral, written and, to a lesser degree, presentation communication skills, as well as the ability to positively influence others. Position requires problem solving, organization and prioritization skills and the ability to manage numerous and rapidly changing tasks/priorities. Must be detail-oriented, producing timely results and be able to work with a minimum of close supervision. Position requires a valid California driver''s license and the maintenance of an acceptable driving record. Familiarity with project management software such as FileMaker Pro or Projecto and Lawson preferred.
