<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>ROUTE MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST. Recology Sunset Scavenger in San Francisco is currently looking for a Route Maintenance Specialist.
M/F/V/D
The Route Maintenance Specialist essential duties and responsibilities include the following
Ensures the accuracy of route information on route list.
Maintains sequence on route lists including organizing and sequencing routes after route removals or
significant route changes.
Prepares and distributes route sheets for next day service.
Reviews route sheets with driver for service comments, including contaminants, not out, changes to the
sequence of stops and service day changes. Maintains service location comments for each day of service.
Enters information changes into account database.
Incorporates comments by internal personnel, i.e. key charges and ensures entry on route lists.
Contacts customers to resolve service issues, as necessary, when reported by drivers, e.g. blocked container.
Reviews route list for rate/service code accuracy.
Generates reports as directed.
Maintains historical files of routing lists.
Performs back-up Customer Service Representative functions.
Must be able to work any shift assigned.
Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFIED CANDIDTATES will have Requires two years related experience. High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelors degree preferred. Technical knowledge of AS400 database applications needed. Must have basic
computer keyboard, typing and math skills, especially with spreadsheets, such as Excel. Ability to read and
comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Excellent communication skills required.
