Our ideal candidates must have strong communication, technical and analytical skills, a passion for technology and compliance, strong teaming skills and show leadership potential. Our candidate must be able to work in a high energy, ever changing environment and perform the below:* Understand regulatory compliance requirements and information sources and apply to the appropriate policy and practice developments. Develop and implement asset protection policies and processes which protect against loss and damage to the product.* Describe the purpose of audit and controls. Implement and maintain procedures which comply with guidelines set by internal auditors. Identify control issues and highlight these to management. Advise and counsel the customer regarding Audit and Control Procedures. Understand and recommend actions that may be considered to resolve the customer''s problems or issues within this area.* Apply knowledge of Security and Privacy. Apply knowledge of local government regulations and policies that affect Security and Privacy issues. Plan the use of applicable Global Services Methods in developing the technical solution. Support the development of project plans and schedules utilizing appropriate technical professionals in the development of the Security and Privacy plan.* Apply problem solving techniques. Define problems/situations with clarity. Diagnose problem/situation/cause in a logical manner. Develop action plans that result in corrected problems. Research, facts, data and measurements to solve problems and/or overcome undesirable situations.* Understand issue and risk management fundamentals.* Execute defined work tasks and produce the defined work products according to the detailed regulatory and compliance objectives, while meeting the defined project metrics (e.g. schedule, budget). Orchestrate all project components, in a manner which meets the prescribed regulatory and compliance objectives. Bring the project to completion according to the established criteria and accomplish the metrics.* Understand regulations and legislative requirements such as HIPAA, HITECH, FDA, or FFIEC.
