Design, develop and maintain learning solutions to
create a security-first mindset for every member
of salesforce.com and drive an enterprise culture
that embraces security awareness
Apply adult learning principles to design
innovative, engaging, and effective security
awareness program.
Design, develop, and maintain employee recognition
and reward program using work.com to drive
desirable behaviors around information security.
Collaboration with functions across Salesforce to
increase their usage and adoption of IT security
learning content.
Ensure learning designs are relevant and
applicable in different regions, to different
roles, and relevant to new acquisitions.
Create intranet and learning management system
LMS content that is engaging and accessible as
reference/learning materials for our employees.
Increase the impact, influence, and effectiveness
of the Trust organization by consistently
communicating a compelling vision, mission, and
brand
Conduct information security training and
awareness education when and where required
Develop and implement security awareness testing
to gauge security awareness of the business
Requirements
Bachelors degree required relevant Masters
degree a plus
Completion of certificate or degree in training or
adult education preferred
3+ years of experience in information security or
related technical field.
Broad work experience that spans one or more of
the information security functions policy
development, education, penetration testing and
application vulnerability assessments, risk
analysis and compliance testing...For more
