Direct reports: Onsite Security Managers at assigned locations.Indirect reports:All security personnel at assigned United States client facilities.Description:This person serves as a liaison for local AlliedBarton District Managers to help ensure all operational, financial and administrative functions for assigned accounts have been performed. Individual''s performance will be evaluated based on, but not limited to, providing quality customer service to assigned customer and assisting in achieving the financial goals and objectives of AlliedBarton.Essential Functions:1. Ensure contract and statement of work compliance at all assigned properties. 2. Identify security issues and provide solutions to client''s corporate security team. 3. Respond to critical incidents at client locations. 4. Provide in-depth client specific training to all onsite AlliedBarton Managers/Supervisors.5. Develop relationship with local client contacts. 6. Manage the delivery of services in conjunction with District teams and Security Managers. 7. Active participation in industry specific professional organizations such as ASIS. 8. Work with all levels in the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement.9. Ensure all administrative and operational functions including payroll, billing, accounts receivable, scheduling, etc are accurate and/or issues are resolved quickly. 10. Ability to conduct in-depth audits and analysis of operational and financial controls relating to the account management.11. Maintain confidentiality of all information and data.12. Keep records and prepare accurate and timely reports both manually and through automated methods.13. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.Other Client Specific Requirements:1. Weekly managers/supervisors phone conference2.
