Required Skills/Experience
2+ years product management experience in
Social Customer Service or Community applications
2+ years product management experience in
the software industry with notable achievements
Demonstrable experience with product
design, website design, HTML prototyping and Agile
Methodology is a plus
Self starter, broad thinker, strategic
planner, proven project manager, strong analytical
skills
Solid knowledge of the Customer Service
Support Marketplace and call center operations for
B-C and B-B customer Service
Excellent oral and written communications
with customers, partners, and analysts
Education
