The Program Manager will work with Engineering and Product Management leaders to define and streamline processes while allowing our team to continue to be nimble and flexible. Responsibilities also include aligning requirements and coordinating their unification for releases.Required- Communicates easily with all levels of the organization- Drives technical issues to their conclusion- Identifies and mitigates risk to release- Removes logistical blockers and impediments- Flexible approach to problems- Keen organizer and product advocate- Lines up user stories from Product Managers and Engineers- Loves burndown charts- Performs moderate data analysis- 5+ years program management experienceDesired- Release management, quality management, or operations experience- Experience with Agile-like processes and Scrum- Rallies designers for pixel-perfect executionLocation San Francisco, CA, USRequisition Number 35868BR
