This work will involve managing the process to ensure privacy compliance of the solution and address any ER/LR considerations where required; development of communications associated with the deployment of the tool to target segments such as internal HR stakeholders, business line leaders, social media evangelists and IBM-wide as well as external audiences through the IBM Public Relations team, and lastly to interface with client facing roles in SWG and GBS to explore the potential of the tool to become a commercial offering. Expand the scope and use of Social Pulse to provide meaningful insight that drives decisions for executives / business leaders.
