Our relationship with this outstanding medical center allows us to extend the practices of primary and secondary care physicians by offering expertise for complex cases, leading-edge technology and the highest standards for patient care.PRIMARY PURPOSE: Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Lead Patient Service Representative (PSR) is responsible for participating in and regulating daily scheduling and administrative functioning of the IHH PSR team to ensure smooth, efficient operations and maintain optimal patient care and practitioner support. In addition to standard PSR duties, the Lead PSR assists with the transition and implementation of new technologies, trains new employees and volunteers, promotes and reinforces best practices and sets the standard for all aspects of the job. The Lead Patient Service Representative works closely with the Clinic Manager to resolve problems, improve systems and promote quality care.JOB PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: (Principal Accountabilities)I.Essential Functions:A.Productivity/Efficiency1. Ensures administrative team registers patients with a minimum accuracy rate of 85%.2. Provides daily schedule surveillance and oversight. Promotes PSR accountability and follow up through a proactive view of daily and weekly clinician schedules, and by filling openings via the waiting lists and requesting patient names from practitioners.
