Our relationship with this outstanding medical center allows us to extend the practices of primary and secondary care physicians by offering expertise for complex cases, leading-edge technology and the highest standards for patient care.PRIMARY PURPOSE: Manages and facilitates PHI into paper and electronic record. Performs all aspects of document imagingincluding prepping, scanning, indexing, pulling, sorting, and filing reports in medical charts. Requests offsiterecords from Records Management. Responsible to purge records, maintaining complete inventory list ofarchived charts. Answer telephone calls for medical inquiries and customer service. Performs various clericalfunctions. Will be expected to travel between facilities. Reviews scanned documents for accuracy and makescorrections as needed. Overall accuracy expected - 100%.Principal AccountabilitiesCommunication
