The job entails building massively clustered, parallel software to enable crawling data from any and all sources (enterprise data repositories, file systems, web servers, Twitter feeds, Facebook posts, reviews etc.), processing it in many different ways for effective information retrieval and then a high-performance search engine that serves the needs of high-traffic web/mobile properties. This is an integral part of the digital marketing suite which is the #1 platform for marketing automation. Search & Promote facilitates search, browse and effective merchandising/promotions. We are looking for software engineers that have deep interest in scalable computing, information retrieval, text classification, recommendation engines, personalization methodologies and big data analytics.   Do you have a desire to work on a team developing a leading edge Java based search and merchandising service for many of the leading retailers and publishers around the world?
