The work focus of this area includes using existing IBM processes, systems and tools to effectively enable the business mission. Specific functional areas include, but are not limited to, business advisement, resource management, compliance testing, and contract management. Business Ops professionals drive the day-to-day and periodic operational processes of the business and ensure accurate and effective measurement reporting and analysis are provided to the business leadership.
