functioning to advise on ongoing operations and
proactively bringing forward proposals when
appropriate.
Administrative Account Management
Incorporates health promotion philosophy and
vision to ensure success of integrated preventive
health initiatives.
Designs the infrastructure used to develop and
deliver health promotion successfully, including
project and work process teams, and integrated IT
systems.
Serves as a member of the clients review team for
health content.
Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of health care benefit plans
and contracts
Strong understanding of health plan and medical
management operations
Strong knowledge of health plan products and
services
Knowledge of health plan internal customer service
systems to be able to utilize these systems
effectively on site
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to
understand and interpret policy provisions and
convey to layperson effectively
Ability to cultivate deep and long lasting
relationships, internally within the health plan
and within Yahoo!
Superior written and oral communication skills,
ability to read, comprehend, analyze and explain
complicated technical materials and ability to
solve client medical concerns
Ability to build trust by disclosing accurate and
relevant information through timely, concise and
discrete communications
Technologically savvy, proficient with standard
business applications, and familiar with all
communication modes IM, email, video
conferencing, etc with ability to apply
appropriate mode given the situation
Ability to make stand-up presentations to large
gro==4000 ups
Ability to work independently as well as
collaboratively as a customer of a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Bachelors degree and four or more years of
experience in the insurance/employee benefits
industry or equivalent combination of education
and experience
Flexibility with hours or as determined by the
need of the program
Ability to travel as needed to regional or
corporate offices for training and/or internal
meetings
