Works on-site at Yahoo in the benefits department.
Responsible for responding to and assisting the
Yahoo benefit team with complex issues and
inquiries. Solves non-routine problems and works
to ensure Yahoos satisfaction with Cigna products
and service. Coordinates with the National Account
team to ensure needs are met and potential
problems are averted. Keeps National Account team
informed of account status and potential issues.
Will make presentations as needed by the Yahoo
benefits team or Cigna. Will assist Yahoo with
their integrated Health Improvement and Health
Promotion strategy and is responsible for driving
the success in preventive health metrics and
outcomes for the client population. This position
acts as an advocate of health promotion and
preventive health in their role on the clients
Integrated Health team.  They will be a technical
and process expert functioning to advise on
ongoing operations and proactively bringing
forward proposals when appropriate.
Administrative Account Management
Maintains knowledge and expertise in all products,
programs, services and enrollment activity
relative to Yahoo Benefits and  serves as the on
site subject matter expert SME to Yahoo on Cigna
products and programs.
Will act as the communication conduit connecting
Yahoos to Cigna plan updates, network changes,
service communications and newsletters.
Handle, refer, or delegate complex questions,
issues, and problems to appropriate CHC resources.
NAE, NAM, NIM or CSE
Engage and provide employee
communication/health/wellness strategies to Yahoo
on Cigna services.  Develop and implement health
and wellness programs to ensure Yahoo is receiving
maximum potential savings. Partners with Cigna on
site wellness coach on execution of strategies.
Effectively articulates and demonstrates Cignas
capabilities and tools to Yahoos.
Drives customer engagement in
