Responsibilities include:&middot;    Under minimum supervision, responsible for day to day administration of all company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and life insurance; disability and workers&rsquo; compensation; 401(k) and other pension plans.&middot;    Analyze and interpret documentation to assure all participants are in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.&middot;    Responsible for managing all aspects of FMLA, CFRA, OFLA and FLA leave benefits and coordinates with appropriate state disability agencies and/or short term disability vendors.&middot;    Responsible for managing Workshare process and coordinating with appropriate state unemployment agencies.&middot;    Process employee workers&rsquo; compensation claims, including filing claims with carrier, communicating and coordinating with employees, managers, safety coordinators and carrier on return to work capabilities and agreements, and tracking appropriate Leave laws associated with absences.&middot;    Gather data and resolve medical, dental, prescription and vision claims for employees.&middot;    Ensure that payroll department receives benefit deductions and/or changes timely&middot;    Coordinate annual benefit open enrollment including meetings and all related communications&middot;    Prepare and maintain employee benefits files.&middot;    Assist employees with benefits and Leave related information and issues, answering questions, clarifying which type of leave benefits apply and providing them with additional information and resources as needed.&middot;    Oversee the preparation, update, and distribution of employee benefits booklets and other employee benefit communications.&middot;    Plan and coordinate employee benefit events such as flu shots, blood drives, and benefit fairs.&middot;    Participate in New Hire Orientation.&middot;    Assist with special projects as needed, and other duties as assigned by manager.Job Requirements :QUALIFICATIONS:&middot;    AA degree in Business or related discipline&middot;    Two or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience&middot;    Working knowledge of all laws and regulations pertaining to benefits administration in Oregon, Washington and California.&middot;    Commitment to excellence and high standards&middot;    Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to present information and respond to questions&middot;    Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills&middot;    Ability to manage priorities and workflow&middot;    Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm&middot;    Attention to detail&middot;    Proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
