Primary Function Responsible for providing professional,
advanced practice nursing care, health and wellness education,
and community referrals to students and the college community
providing primary care in health and illness according to the
adaptive self-care model, and during emergency situations and
serving as a lead to assigned classified and hourly Health
Services staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Education Masters degree in nursing or a related field.  Note
Only coursework completed at, and degrees awarded by,
accredited institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of
Education will be considered as satisfying the minimum
qualifications.
Experience Three years of full-time equivalent progressively
responsible professional advanced practice nursing experience.
Requires sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse
academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic
backgrounds in a community college.
