Functions under the direction / instruction and supervision of the VITAS nurse and/or the VITAS Team Manager.Qualifications:* Qualified candidates must have one (1) year direct patient care experience in an institutional setting.* Qualified candidates will live in San Mateo or Northwest Santa Clara County in order to respond to patient/family needs in a timely manner.* The full-time CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) will work the hours of 8a-4p (Monday - Friday) * Good documentation skills.* Ability to travel per job requirement.Education:* Certification in the state of California as a CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide)* High school graduate or equivalent.
