<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Installation Quality Technician - Dept. of Field EngineeringOperationsThe Installation Quality Specialist will report to the Installation Quality Manager and assist in the execution and development of internal quality control activities. They will work to ensure compliance with SolarCity’s Quality Standards and documented processes. The ideal candidate has significant experience and understanding in the design and installation of PV systems.Responsibilities• Execute the quality review of installation photos and other installation documentation.• Provide urgent technical support to installation personnel by answering installation hotline.• Assist in the analysis of quality review data and metrics.• Participate in the development of installation processes and procedures.• Act as subject matter expert in PV installation to Engineering and other internal teams.Requirements• Extensive hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PV systems in a leadership role.• Detail oriented, yet able to consistently meet deadlines.• Comfortable in a fast paced office environment.• Extraordinary communication skills, both written and verbal.• NABCEP Certification strongly preferred.• Greater trades experience in roofing or electrical a plus.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills requiredAdditional InformationLocation(s):San Mateo, CASolarCity is a national leader in clean energy services.
