This position supports a variety of training and development initiatives in order to provide the most effective training and development solutions and may require up to 25% travel.'' ''* Manages and organizes all training program assets.* Supports developing writing and coordination of training materials.* Reviews evaluates and modifies material for existing and proposed programs.* Assists in the review of system and procedural changes to determine documentation and training requirements.* Administers web-based site for storage of training materials and hosting of web-based training. Responsible for loading and testing of training database.* Analyzes performance feedback and results in order to make recommendations for adjustments to training and presentation materials.* Assists HR lead in preparing for the delivery of training sessions and meetings. Prepares and distributes training materials sets up audiovisual equipment and makes presentations.* Acts as a communication conduit to regional and/or functional areas relative to updates or changes in various HR and Training programs.* Assists in the implementation of human resources policies and activities* May work with outside consultants to prepare various training programs in order to enhance AmerisourceBergen''s training offerings.* Provides input for identifying and defining present and future training needs.* Participates in team status calls and meetings.* Must be willing to work extended hours as needed in order to meet departmental objectives.* Performs related duties as assigned.Requires broad training in fields such as human resources or business administration generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor''s degree program. Normally requires a minimum of four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience. PHR certification preferred.''
