The Senior Data Verification Analysts are part of
the Data Quality team to perform quality reviews
through field assessments, interviews, and data
collection and analysis. The team performs checks
of PGE?s gas operations data conversion projects
to determine if requirements are being met and to
evaluate if process controls are sufficient.
Results are presented in reports of sufficient
detail to enable management to plan corrective
actions to prevent future problems from occurring.
The Senior Data Verification Analyst has
sufficient experience and knowledge to perform
many QA/QC functions and to make recommendations
for improvements. This position completes
assignments with moderate to complex problems and
is able to offer new perspectives on existing
solutions. Present analysis findings and
recommendations in both written and presentation
formats. May provide direction to less experienced
employees.
Qualifications
Minimum
5 years related experience including 3 years
journey level field experience, auditing
experience, or quality experience
Understands fundamental technical/professional
concepts.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint.
Able to evaluate and analyze audit evidence and
assist in the development of audit results.
Travel required 10% of time. Most travel can be
accomplished daily however, occasional
overnight stays required.
Desired
ASQ Certified Quality Auditor or equivalent
ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Specialist
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or other
applicable field of study
5 years journey level field experience, auditing
experience, or quality experience
Knowledge of internal regulatory requirements
Proficient with Microsoft Visio
Utility experience
CAD/GIS experience
Responsibilities
