manage client relationships, manage multiple
priorities, and work independently as well as in a
team environment to meet or exceed service level
agreement parameters. Maintain familiarity with
currently implemented and new technology,
including new versions of software/firmware,
implementation of upgrades, and changes to
procedures. Provide clear communication and
documentation of events, processes, procedures and
configuration details, and participate in 24x7 on-
call operational support. The work location for
the successful candidate is negotiable within the
PGE service territory and is contingent on space
availability.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 yearsexperience supporting large network
enterprise infrastructure in an operational role.
Experience in supporting and managing critical
network services DNS, DHCP, VPN, ACS, etc.
Operational experience and practical knowledge
troubleshooting a variety of network
infrastructure systems firewalls, routers,
switches, load balancers, etc.
Strong understanding of security solutions and
services used to secure a network infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to determine, evaluate and
diagnose network routing and performance problems
Demonstrated knowledge of data networks and
network security
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions from
analysis
