Food Service Workers prepare a variety of snacks that may include: pastries, pre-packaged snacks, hot dogs, brats and burgers. Food Service Workers also prepare and serve cold drinks, coffee drinks, smoothies, other non &ndash; alcoholic beverages and may in some snack bars serve alcohol.All Food Service Workers prepare food and drink items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
