The company employs approximately 91,000 people and markets its products in more than 130 countries.Job Description PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION:Position is responsible for all aspects of the AMO C.I.G. field Sales contract implementation and logistical administration for U.S. and Puerto Rico. Individual will work closely with department manager and other key department personnel to ensure Surgical contracts are compliant with AMO''s corporate policy, AVAMED, LAP, and Global Business Policies. Individual is also responsible for Corneal Sales Operations and maintaining necessary databases to provide reporting. Liaison with Master Data and Corneal Customer Support. Provides Reps and Sr. Management reporting for all Corneal Professional sales teams to maximize resources and accurately measure performance and success of business initiatives. Position supports Corneal Sales in US and Canada.CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.1. Cataract Contract Administration U.S. and Puerto Rico - Manage all VPA/IAP contracts from implementation to termination. Receive and coordinate the processing of all VPA/IAP field sales contracts. Check to ensure AMO requirements are met before inputting into SAP contracts module. Facilitate administration of each contract between field and in - house team. Assure data and system integrity for processing contract transactions is in place in SAP. Identify and resolve contract discrepancies with controlling areas such as A/R and customer service. Coordinate any special approvals with field/in-house sales management. Write up all contract addendums for changes and ensures changes are within all of AMO
