<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Stanley Security Solutions has is seeking a District Sales Mgr.
Position Purpose
This position serves to drive local sales and meet the monthly sales budget. The District Sales Manager will provide support and management to all commercial sales representatives at their branch.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Responsible for managing the day to day activities of sales representatives. This includes weekly meetings to review the sales pipeline, current customer problems, sales leads, and other opportunities and problems.
2. Responsible for conducting formal monthly one on one meeting with each sales representative. Monthly one on ones will review the sales representatives performance and tell them where they need improvement.
3. Conducts a weekly sales meeting with all local sales representatives. This includes celebrating sales providing the representatives with new goals and reviewing prior goals district housekeeping items and reviewing any new incentives and enforcing motivation CSS Rewards program, Stanley Cup, 100% Club, etc..
4. Attends customer visits with each sales representatives at least once a month.
5. Assigns territories and existing accounts to each sales representative.
6. Trains sales representatives on new products and companywide initiatives attends weekly Sales Huddles to learn of new initiatives to be delivered locally.
7. Participates with applications engineering and product information in the development and implementation of product demonstration, training programs, printed materials, and other projects.
8. Maintains files, records, and other sources of competitor activity with respect to new products, promotions, pricing activities, or other marketing programs. Procures competitor products as necessary and forwards to technical services for review.
9. Ensures the success of the marketing plan through sales efforts directed toward dealers, organizations, professional clients, and end users.
10. Advises sales representatives of the companys sales promotions programs and counsels the sales representatives regarding their use of these products and promotions in the field.
11. Conducts follow up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction with all agreements reached during the sale of Stanley CSS products and the installation of products at local sites.
12. Maintains current technical expertise and knowledge of Stanley CSS products through vendor training and corporate initiatives.
13. Educates by using internal learning management programs on sales techniques. Stays knowledgeable with sales trends in the assigned market.
14. Runs reports in the customer relationship system, Salesforce.com, to provide to management regarding leads, customer satisfaction, and trends.
15. Responsible for hiring, firing, and performance management. Responsible for training initiatives for new hires including the completion of a Sales Roadmap to Success.
Education and Experience
1. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
3. 8-10 years Sales Experience
4. 2 Years Management Experience.
