TRUCK EQUIPMENT LEAD MECHANIC/FOREMAN

JOB SUMMARY:

<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Minimum 5 years experience in installation of Truck Equipment. Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and components. Knowledge of air brake systems. Has experience in truck modification, relocating suspensions, etc. Has ASE certification in Truck Equipment installation and repair or equivalent experience. Has complete set of mechanics tools. Can read and work from drawings. Able to instruct and supervise trainees and mechanics. Proficient managerial skills, such as planning, organizing work, personnel management, control, communications and problems solving.
Minimum 4 years experience in welding. Experienced with MIG TIG in Various welding applications from light gauge steel metal to heavy plate. Able to sequence welds to avoid warp and distortion. Familiar with weld symbols. Capable of welding in steel and aluminum. Able to understand and work from drawing. Proficient managerial skills, such as planning, organizing work, personnel management, control, communications and problems solving. Must speak Spanish.
