judicial foreclosures for the states of
California, Nevada and Arizona from the first
legal action ie. Filing NOD through conclusion
ie. Trustees Sale or cure.
- Review of loan documents, preparation and filing
of all foreclosure documents
- Full processing of foreclosure in compliance
with state-specific statutory requirements and
timelines
- Opening of new order
- TSG and title review
- Publication, sale and postponement coordination
- Statutory mailings and client communications.
Must have full knowledge of California, Nevada and
Arizona statutory foreclosure requirements,
timelines and processes. Must be able to perform
all trustee foreclosure functions and prepare all
documents pertaining to the non-judicial
foreclosure process. Must have basic knowledge of
Microsoft, Word, Excel, Outlook and practical
experience with using some type of state of the
art foreclosure software systems.
Minimum 5 years Trustee Sale Officer experience.
Minimum high school diploma
College degree a plus
