Excellent communications skills in English are required.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />1. Prepares serving lines with hot and cold foods, condiments, serving utensils and containers, dishes, silver and other appropriate items. 2. Reviews menus and production orders for patient diets and cafeteria foods to have a better understanding of serving line assignments.3. Performs serving duties of hot and cold stations. Serves foods adhering to standardized portions and diet prescription.4. Obtains necessary supplies from storeroom and refrigerators using requisitions.5. Clean daily serving line stations and work area including equipment, work tables, utensils and floor in work area when necessary.
