Candidates should have a strong foundation in digital video ad operations and associated platforms. Cable TV and/or display ad operations experience a plus. Our Ad Operations team is a revenue center responsible for taking every bit of revenue our Ad Sales group generates and making sure it delivers as promised, on time, with accurate reporting. We work tightly with the Ad Sales group to help them generate sales proposals, go on sales calls, handle insertion orders, handle client creative, invoice clients and collect payments from them.Strategic Focus:- Ensuring reliable ad operations for the businessWe are deadline driven to ensure that ad campaigns flow through the operational pipeline reliably and are delivered as promised, on time, with accurate reporting.- Ensuring quality ad experiences in the live production environmentWe are extremely passionate about quality. We are on point to troubleshoot the issues until closure with support and engineering, and define how to prevent the issue from occurring again.- Innovating to achieve growth and scale of businessDriving the right initiatives, from meeting strategic needs of customers or streamlining inefficiencies to eliminate hiccups in the ad operations group.Responsibilities:- Set up inventory allocation rules for directly sold, third party sold, and PSA/house ad campaigns- Set up ad campaigns, modify existing campaigns, or switch out old creative for new ones using the Intel ad platform- Set up sales rights management between content providers, direct sales, and third party sales entities- Enable real-time-bidding of select Intel ad inventory according to inventory allocation rules within an ad exchange- Troubleshoot problems with Intel ad platform components including an ad server, an ad exchange, and a data management platform.- Troubleshoot third party ad tags- Adjust or rebook campaign parameters- Monitor daily campaign delivery- Provide regular delivery reports (weekly, monthly, and/or upon completion of campaigns)- Provide analysis and resolution for campaign serving and delivery issues- Familiar with creative formats (H.264 video, 3rd party tags, HTML5, JavaScript) and ability to troubleshoot creative issues- Work closely with other Intel partner teams including web designers, testers, engineers, and project managers- Maintain relationships with the Sales team to ensure timely, accurate and prompt account updates and campaign analysisQualifications:Minimum educational qualifications would be a Bachelor's degree in operations management, technology, business, communications, marketing or related field (and/or equivalent, relevant work experience). Master's degree or MBA preferred.Minimum qualifications:- 5 years of interactive advertising or online video experience with at least 2 years experience in digital video ad operations- 2 years of experience in web development including HTML, CSS, and JSON / JavaScript is mandatory- 2 years of experience with video ad ecosystem components including ad servers, ad exchanges, and data management platforms from companies such as FreeWheel, Adap.tv, LiveRail, BlueKai, Exelate, and/or YuMePreferred qualifications:- Digital video ad traffic management- Cable TV ad operations experience a plus- HTML 5, Mobile Web / Webkit knowledge & experience- 2 years application development- Strong interpersonal and articulate written and verbal communication skills; ability to relay technical concepts to non-technical audiences; ability to build relationshipsJob Category: MarketingFull/Part Time: Full TimeJob Type: Experienced
