In this key role, you will develop and execute an effective and successful internal communications program/campaign designed to ensure that all employees of the Backup Recovery Systems division have the opportunity to understand the strategic direction of the business, key initiatives, and the contributions from various divisionssites around the world. You will interact directly with division executives and will be given significant latitude in determining strategy and tactics to achieve preferred results. Key Responsibilities:-Develop and support a short-term and long-term internal communications program to promote key division topics.-Build, train, and manage a virtual team of key resources to execute programs.-Edit existing internal communications content, research and develop background information, and assume role of Q&A spokesperson.-Interact with EMC senior management, international subsidiaries, external resources (i.e. agencies, consultants), and other internal influencers.-Continuously analyze and provide recommendations for improvements/changes on internal communications programs.-Represent EMC in professional and positive manner, exhibiting behavior consistent with EMC’s valuesSkill & Qualifications:-Exceptional business writing, project management, and presentation skills-Ability to work independently and be results driven-Good understanding of technical business environment and processes; familiarity with backup and recovery industry helpful -Ability to influence others to achieve results-Experience working effectively with senior management -BS in marketing or related field-3+ years in a related position"> ">When you choose EMC, you join a diverse world of innovative thought leaders.
