Minimum Starting Salary  $19.05/hour.

Under the general direction of the Director of the Center for
Science  Justice, the incumbent independently manages the
administration of the Center for Science  Justice, including
workshop/conference planning, meeting coordination, and
visiting scholar arrangements.
Qualifications include
Demonstrated ability to organize and manage an office,
prioritize workload, anticipate needs, work independently and
oversee/participate in projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience coordinating conferences and events
Ability to take a lead role in event planning, including
budget and travel arrangements
Excellent computer skills with a working knowledge of
standard office programs MS Word, Excel, and FileMaker Pro,
web applications, electronic mail systems and ability to learn new
systems
