sales techniques and quality customer service by
performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
1.Answer incoming sales calls via telephone,
written inquiries and facsimile requests.
2.Promote and effectively sell company
products and supplies using established company
sales techniques.
3.Clarify and fulfill customer
requests/needs by presenting various selections of
products and services  providing pricing
information as requested.
4.Understand and respond to customer
delivery needs by interfacing with internal
personnel.
5.Understand and support established sales
policies and procedures to provide proper and
effective treatment to customers.
6.Relate new product ideas and product
extensions to management for evaluation.
7.Emphasize saleable services of products to
include quality and ability to meet customer
specifications.
8.Process all paperwork for orders to
include sales contracts, prints, terms
conditions and any other related documentation.
Ensure all documentation is prepared in a complete
manner to correctly produce the product.
9.Resolve customer concerns in an
expeditious and tactful manner.
10.Perform other related duties as assigned.
