To be successful in this role you should have hands on experience in Preventive/Predictive (Reliability) Maintenance as well as implementing Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs. This Manager will be expected to train new and current associates. This individual will lead and direct the team to insure that all maintenance work is completed in a safely and timely manner. Another important role of this manager is to promote continuous improvement and maintain efficient work standards. The Plant Engineer will assume direct responsibility for the maintenance area including buildings, equipment, tools and supplies. Actively pursue new process techniques, instrumentation, materials, etc., with a goal of maximizing productivity while minimizing costs. In addition, it will provide engineering management for projects relating to the purchase, construction, installation, modifications, or movement of machines, equipment, buildings, grounds, utilities, and other systems as required* 4 year Engineering degree* 3 years Engineering experience - electrical, mechanical, pneumatics and hydraulics, fluids and properties, steam and boiler.* Knowledge of Plant Operating Variance Analysis and related subjects of cost* Ability to Lead others to desired results* Must be well organized, have strong computer skills, strong people skills
