This will include performance of routine, preventative, predictive, corrective and emergency maintenance activities for cGMP and cGLP critical environmentsPosition ResponsibilitiesAssist in monitoring performance goals and systems within the assigned facilityDevelop a thorough understanding of all systems related to the efficient operation and/or maintenance of the assigned facility.Perform preventative maintenance and repair to HVAC, controls, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration equipment including maintenance and repair of interior/exterior systems and components.Use diagnostic equipment and statistical performance indicators to perform routine analysis and problem resolution work.Organize and clean maintenance and operations areas associated with the facility including mechanical rooms, documentation, shop equipment and tools.Purchase and track routine maintenance supplies and services.Respond to facility service requests as needed.Participate in long range and annual planning by identifying issues, repairs and/or maintenance needed on equipment in assigned facility.Work with team and maintenance leads to define and accomplish performance objectives tailored to specific business unit requirements.Readily accept the responsibility of working overtime and on-call duty as required to meet business requirements.Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of five (5) years experience with operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.Three (3) years experience with control systems operation and repairDesired/Preferred QualificationsHoneywell building automation & fire systemsCard Access & Security Camera SystemsPreventive Maintenance ProgramsWorking knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong communication skills, both written and oralAbility to successfully balance and prioritize multiple ongoing projects/tasksStrong customer relationship skillsHigh degree of initiative and self motivationStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to identify, analyze and solve problems with minimal direction and make decisions with confidenceAbility to read blueprintsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationshipsExperience with computer softwarePhysical Job RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
