<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Medtronic is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action EmployerPosition DescriptionThe Global Care Continuum group is responsible for delivering economic value to key healthcare stakeholders through enhancing the patient’s journey across the care continuum for aortic and peripheral diseases. The Global Care Continuum Specialist facilitates the execution of this strategy by offering analytical support, providing back-end vendor management and creating processes that enable effective service development and prioritization for the team. This person will also do white space market opportunity assessments in collaboration with team members to identify and prioritize key opportunities for the entire team.Position ResponsibilitiesProviding back-end data analysis to validate and communicate value proposition of on-going programs and services.Collaborating with team and internal Medtronic stakeholders to develop robust internal processes to vet and prioritize potential services and programs.Managing vendors and cross-functional teams responsible for the continued executional support of on-going services and programsCollaborating closely with regional partners, team members and other marketing stakeholders to lead data collection and analysis of total opportunity assessment from patient access acceleration.Assessing and identifying market opportunities in specific nodes in the care continuum and work closely with team members to prioritize services/programs to launch in targeted geographies.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device industryStrong ability to collaborate cross-functionallySignificant and demonstrated analytical capabilitiesStrong project management skills and experience managing multiple vendorsAbility to coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlinesGood influence management, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsStrong work ethic in accomplishing objectives of the position; possesses a self-motivated and self-directed initiativeStrong skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPointAbility to disseminate information in a concise and clear way; effective presentation skillsEffectively build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across organizational levelsDesired/Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated analytical capability with strong modeling skills.
