We manufacture integrated circuit packages in support of our internal and external customers. You will be part of a team that works closely with engineering and other operators.The Maintenance team performs complete servicing (troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, adjustment, calibration) of equipment with a minimum of supervision in particular areas of Thin Film Circuit processing and Die Fab IC and Diode Processing. Equipment includes (but is not limited to) wet bench processes, auto bonders, probers, microscopes, furnaces, saws, ovens, and pick and place machines. Equipment may require a knowledge base rooted in mechanics and electronic circuitry, including special handling for lasers, microprocessor and equipment controlled by computers. Maintenance personnel may be responsible for equipment modification in conjunction with production engineers as part of process improvement and for determining service procedures/frequency/maintenance records for area equipment. Personnel is required to work in Clean room and with ESD sensitive materials.In today
