(just to name a few).Position SummaryThis role will manage a small team of sales personnel to achieve sales quotas and implement marketing plans; provide leadership; coaching and training to sales management peers; recruit, hire and develop a diverse sales team; coach/counsel individual representatives for improved performance; and motivate sales team to achieve objectives.Responsibilities* Assist the VP and Director of Sales Development in the establishment of annual sales goals, and meet or exceed the annual sales goals, including sales activity production guidelines* Adhere to companies sales guideline and book profitable business based on need times, including but not limited to prospecting, telemarketing, outside sales calls, site inspections, and presentations* Comply with company sales reporting standards, company sales office and system standards.Conduct superior negotiating skills in a professional, business-like manner* Develop and execute sales action plans to close on targeted accounts and or business within a market segment.* Identify and qualify the market for major account demand generators, developing effective strategies with the VP of Sales and Business Development consistent with the organizations sales and marketing plan* Act as a source for the VP of Sales and other leadership team members in suggesting strategies and tactics for respective markets in the annual business plan* Demonstrate leadership in timely execution of specific assignments* Focus on soliciting business in the preferred corporate and group segments* Work with VP of sales and Sales Director to Develop and implement successful marketing and sales solicitation activities to secure new business from specified market segments* Maintain existing business clientele relationships, ensuring maximum profitability for the company&rsquo;s quality service for our clients/customers* Responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process- prospecting, cold calling, sales calls, developing proposals, closing contracts and client management Requirements* BS degree in Business, Marketing or other sale related field* A min. of 1 years sales management experience* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public* Ability to deal with internal and external customers and staff, collect accurate information and to resolve conflicts* Maintain positive relations and high visibility in relative business organizations* Maintain realistic working relationships with competitive sales representatives* A solid relationship builder who is polished and professional, but doesn&rsquo;t take themselves too seriously and enjoys a casual environment* A self-motivated individual who is driven by making their numbers and has an organized and disciplined approach to sales* Someone who thrives in a hands on, entrepreneurial environment where you can &ldquo;make it happen&rdquo;* Someone who has a desire to progress their career in sales for a rapidly growing companyGlassdoor is a equal opportunity employer&laquo; Back to Current Openings
