You will be handsomely compensated for success with an aggressive performance based incentive plan, including equity in this early-stage start-up with outstanding backers.This position will report directly to the Sales Director, and requires an enthusiastic and hands-on individual who enjoys a quick-paced start-up environment.Responsibilities* Weekly appointment dialing/cold calling required* Build, develop and manage a qualified sales funnel of opportunities* Be responsible for achieving a quarterly sales goal and an annual sales quota* Have a history of success selling to VP-level executives and multiple levels of decision makers in large complex accounts* Some travel required including overnight staysRequirements* A true passion and love for the art of selling* 3+ years proven inside or outside sales experience in Fortune 500 sized accounts, preferably in the recruiting and staffing industry* Prior HR industry experience with existing relationships* Bachelor''s degree from accredited college or university; MBA a plus CompensationDOE&laquo; Back to Current Openings
