-  Help and actively participate in creation and implementation of safety standard operating procedures/best practices in the trucking area.
-  Leader in safety and effective communication and implementation of all our standards
-  Work with Operations and its Customers to effectively coordinate and utilize our trucking fleet in a safe and efficient way.
-  Support efforts as directed according to the companies trucking strategy.
-  Improve hauling processes/dispatch and optimize current process on a continuous basis.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
-  Strong commitment to the companies safety and environmental standards and policies
-  Strong written and verbal communication skills
-  Self-starter
-  Ability to work and communicate effectively with others
-  Strong attention to detail
-  Strong computer skills ability to coordinate activities in a fast paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude in high stress situations
- Safety knowledge and a commitment to continuous learning to provide and lead a safer operations is a must
SUPERVISION
- This position will supervise trucking, crane and yard operations as well as the dispatch process for these resources.
