<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>West Coast Business Banking is currently seeking a Not for Profit and Government INDUSTRY SPECIALIST to join California''s SPECIALTY MARKETS team. This key position is responsible for soliciting, developing, and maintaining profitable account relationships within the Government and Not-for-Profit banking industry. Will solicit relationships for Government and NFP Profit entities with complex needs who have $2-$20MM in annual revenue in the Los Angeles metro area.  Our Industry Specialist acts as the relationship manager to existing customers, and determines the customers deposit, treasury management, investment, merchant and other cross-sell needs. Experience managing Not for Profit relationships and strong credit experience preferred.  The selected candidate will step into an existing portfolio of business as well as maintain a sound portfolio following all bank credit policies and guidelines. Requires minimal supervision and may provide guidance to less experienced industry specialists.   This position can sit in either our El Segundo, Beverly Hills, or Sherman Oaks office and is with Wells Fargo''s Business Banking Group (BBG). BBG focuses on businesses with $2-$20 million in annual revenue; and offers a full service and product lines include commercial loans and lines, commercial real estate, business deposits accounts, SBA, treasury management services, foreign exchange, equipment financing, trade services, on-line banking, 24/7 telephone banking and more. We provide rapid response teams including acquisition sales forces, local and remote relationship managers, centralized renewal groups and portfolio/risk management.Basic Qualifications: 3+ years business banking, sales and credit related experience.Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills.Preferred Skills: Our ideal candidate has demonstrated success in the following: Strong sales skills, with an emphasis on Treasury Management products; Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers of all level; and strong customer service.
