General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS) has an immediate opening for a Senior Program Manager to join our team. The position provides an opportunity to manage and oversee a portfolio of development and services programs. The selected candidate will work with customers and GDAIS program managers to satisfy contractual requirements and development new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities 8-10 program managers and business personnel on staff to this position. Responsible for oversight of multiple programs in 2 major locations: Santa Clara, CA and Herndon, VA. Focus on both program execution development of new business opportunities related to portfolio of work.  Bachelor''s Degree (preferably in a technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering) or equivalent experience. Minimum 12 years of defense experience within classified community including experience managing development programs. Business development and proposal development experience a plus. Strong written and oral communications skills essential.Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
