This global leader has a majority of the market share with superior Ethernet, storage, and converged networking solutions serving multiple businesses worldwide.About The Position: Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the fastest growing division of this multi billion dollar company and l lead the full life cycle for products in the areas of Cloud Networking, Virtualization, Big Data Analytics, Carrier Ethernet, IP, MPLS and VPN technologies. The selected candidate will be responsible for product definition, long-range product forecasting, developing the appropriate go-to-market strategy and supporting the sales force in key customer engagements.The candidate will work closely with the rest of the service provider division in driving the implementation of service provider technologies across various/selected products, with the end-goal of maintaining continued, rapid and profitable growth for Company s service provider products. He/she will be a product champion for the company and collaborate with other key corporate leaders attain common goals. He/she will develop and deploy use cases for products and technologies being developed/invented.Key Candidate requirements include: BS (MS a plus) with 9-11 years of IP and Ethernet networking industry experience specifically in the areas of: Ethernet switching, IP routing, MPLS, VPN, Operating Systems, SDN, Network Virtualization, etc. He/she must have experience in a product management role with focus on service provider technologies.
