To be qualified for this position, candidates must have at least 5 years experience in a mechanical manufacturing environment. - Experience in evaluation and verification of high reliability hardware. - Experience accepting/rejecting criteria in hardware. - Must be able to read blue prints. - Must have experience with GD & T CODES & blueprint reading- A hand full of inspection hand tools.- CMM inspection experience is a plus.- Faro Arm experience a plusOn a day to day basis, this Mechanical Inspector will inspect various types of mechanical hardware to inspection plans, provided prints and furnished specification documents. This candidate will generate appropriate inspection documentation reflecting the acceptance or rejection of the hardware.
